He is also the CEO of Five (5) service and product Companies in Lagos, Abuja, Asaba and Port Harcourt. The Head Quarter of the PWAN Group is in Ajah, Lekki Lagos. Marc Austine as he is generally called was born to a wealthy family in Lagos, Nigeria and due to his relentless nature amidst his siblings decided to tread the path of sales at an early age of eight. He was encouraged by his Father’s quest and legacy for a successful lifestyle through hard work and faith in God. He is a well loved Lagos-based Real Estate and Human Empowerment strategist with special focus in Sales and Development. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated leader with both significant and practical experience in a working environment. He is quick in grasping new ideas and concepts and very innovative to proffer realistic solutions to problems. He has demonstrated the highest levels of motivation and has a strong ability to perform effectively even within a highly pressurized working environment. Dr Jayne Obioma Onwumere epitomizes visionary leadership as the Co-founder of Properly World Africa Network (PWAN), the first real estate network marketing company in the World. Since its inception in March 2012 as PWAN HOMES Limited, Dr Jayne has steered the organization to unparalleled success. She is currently serving as the President/Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of PWAN Group and oversees a vast network comprising 63 Managing Directors and over 1000 full-time staff across 62 affiliate companies. Under her guidance, PWAN has cultivated a dynamic community of over 300,000 independent real estate professionals globally popularly known as PWAN Business Owners (PBOs). Driven by a relentless passion for networking and a strength-based approach, Dr Jayne Obioma Onwumere pioneered an innovative expansion strategy. Three years into the company’s operation, through this expansion initiative, PWAN HOMES formed a strategic partnership with independent consultants to establish additional companies within the PWAN Group. This groundbreaking growth initiative is a move that has no precedence in the history of business in Nigeria and has redefined business paradigms in Nigeria and beyond. Committed to addressing societal challenges, Dr O.J Onwumere launched the PWAN Food Network, aligning with the World Sustainable Development Goals of zero hunger. This initiative, dubbed “The Now Revolution,” complements PWAN’s vision of promoting home ownership while tackling food insecurity nationwide. This idea with the home ownership vision increased the organizational spread with physical presence in all 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. In 2017, being a staunch advocate for women empowerment, “Mama Africa” as fondly called initiated the “Empowerment for all Women” Program, providing financial support to 50 women to start or enhance their businesses. Her empowerment program for women has been strengthened through partnerships with sponsors who are equally dogged and determined to liberate the woman gender from hardship to having a decent life. She has since continued to expand this program, offering monthly pay of N100,000 each to a new set of twelve women in year 2020 with plans for further growth in no distant time. Her philanthropic endeavors across Nigeria is unparalleled and extend beyond economic empowerment. This is evidenced in September 2022, through her contribution to renovating and equipping two unmaintained primary schools in Nsukwa, Aniocha South LGA of Delta State Nigeria. Believing in the transformative power of education, provision for furniture, new uniforms and books were not left out in her agenda as Dr Jayne remains dedicated to securing a brighter future for children nationwide. Together with her husband, she pays school fees for so many children, pays house rent for many and keeps a completely open door policy that has made many refer to her as “Mummy, Mama Africa, Global Mummy” etc. All these eventually birthed the launch of the Jayne Onwumere Foundation in March 2014. A service that aims at providing aid, resources, and advocacy to those in need, advancing education, and contributing to the overall well-being of the society. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Dr. Onwumere was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the European-American University, Commonwealth of Dominica. Additionally, she was honored as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Women” by the Lagos State Government for her innovative strategies and impactful empowerment programs in real estate network marketing. She recently received the prestigious Investor of the Year 2023 award from the SUN Newspaper in Nigeria, recognizing her significant contributions to human capital investment among distinguished figures in the country. MD/CEO, PWAN UNIQUE Amechi N. Okonkwo is a dynamic and versatile individual who has made an impact on the younger generation in the Real Estate industry. He has grown through the ranks and file of the first real estate network marketing company in the world, PWAN Group. He was the key instrument in the building of PWAN GROUP IKORODU, where he served as the Business Development Manager His passion for the younger generation made him officially begin a yearly event called “EVOLVE” Where he brings pioneers and high net worth individuals in the real estate industry to nurture and train Realtors. He recruited and trained numerous PWAN business owners. He is an exceptional leader, an outstanding salesman. Under his administration, Excel Villas Ikorodu Phase 1 & 2 were acquired and sold out completely in less than one year. He served as the Executive Director/COO, PWAN Royale for three years. He is a graduate of Mechanical & Safety Engineering from the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute. A fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria (IMC). A Certified Management Specialist from LONDON GRADUATE SCHOOL. And holds various certifications. He is a great public speaker whose speech leaves his audience motivated and enthusiastic. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/COO, PWAN UNIQUE Jennifer A. Okonkwo is a goal driven individual with a keen sense of direction. A top real estate sales personality. She was the Lead Facilitator at PWAN Group Ikorodu, where she contributed to the development and training of PBOs during her time there. Always willing to impact and lend a helping hand, she groomed several PBOs on a general and one-on-one basis and helped them close mega sales. She alongside her partner, organized Evolve 0.1 A two months intense salesmanship program tagged “Giant Strides in Salesmanship” which saw to the human capacity and salesmanship development of PBOs. A multiple award sales champion who has been able to utilize the offline and online market to promote her brand. She is a certified Marriage and family Counsellor from the Institute for Marriage and Family Affairs, USA. And a child psychologist. She believes in having a solid family front, hence, has created a balance between work life and family. She is a lover of God and enjoys cooking. She is happily married and blessed with a son.
